Shipping is free on all orders to customers within the US.
We do NOT ship any products outside the contiguous United States (CONUS). This means that we do not ship these products to locations such as but not limited to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment. Our typical handling time is 1-3 days from order placement.
Handling and Shipping Time:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
We will send you shipping confirmation and tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@emergencyproof.com or the any of the other contact methods listed at the bottom of this page.
Product Arrives Damaged:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If you do accept delivery of damaged products, you are required to immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products inside or next to the original packaging.
Please send photos to support@emergencyproof.com. Once the photos are processed by our team, we will send you a return shipping label. We will then issue a refund as soon as the products are inspected at our warehouse.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at support@emergencyproof.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after items have shipped will require you, as the customer, to be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your refund payment.
*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.
"Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.
If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
Damaged on Arrival
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@emergencyproof.com on the day of delivery.
Emergency Proof will pay for return shipping for defective or damaged merchandise.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.
We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible.

Faulty or Broken After Use
Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty. Product descriptions will specify if the product is under warranty. If there is not a warranty listed, there is no warranty for this product and the product is non-refundable after 30 days of order receipt.
Wrong Product
If the product is not what you ordered, you must make note of it and email support@emergencyproof.com or call customer service within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
Emergency Proof will pay for return shipping for incorrect merchandise.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.
We will ensure you get the product you ordered as soon as the incorrect product is received and inspected by our warehouse.

Exchange
If you decide that you want a different product of equal or greater value, we will accept an exchange and charge the difference in value. Please note that you, as the customer, will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product(s). Emergency Proof will pay for the cost of shipping the product you want in exchange.
Changed your Mind
We get it, sometimes the order your received is not what you expected. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason other than the reasons listed above, then you can receive a refund if you notify us within 30 days of the delivery day.
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your refund payment.
