Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders to customers within the US.

We do NOT ship any products outside the contiguous United States (CONUS). This means that we do not ship these products to locations such as  but not limited to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

Estimates Delivery Timing - ( Handling Time + Transit Time )

Handling Time: 1 - 3 Days (Mon - Fri)

Transit Time: 3 - 7 Days (Mon - Fri)

Order Cut Off Time:  5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the website of the shipping carrier.

Signature: 

It is important to note that a signature is required upon delivery. The person accepting the delivery at the specified address will need to provide their signature as proof of receipt. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.

Delivery Address Changes:

If you need to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Please note that address changes may not always be possible, depending on the stage of shipping.

Product Arrives Damaged:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If you do accept delivery of damaged products, you are required to immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products inside or next to the original packaging. 

Please send photos to support@emergencyproof.com. Once the photos are processed by our team, we will send you a return shipping label. We will then issue a refund as soon as the products are inspected at our warehouse.
