Do you ship products to my area?

Emergency Proof can ship products to anywhere in the contiguous United States (CONUS). This excludes outlying states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If you have questions, please see our shipping policy or contact us.

Can I return a product I received for a refund?

We offer a 30 day return and refund policy. This means that we will refund the price of the product(s) if returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If you have further questions, please see our return and refund policy or contact us for details.

What if the product I received was damaged upon arrival?

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@emergencyproof.com on the day of delivery. Emergency Proof will pay for return shipping for defective or damaged merchandise. If you are unsure about your specific situation, please see our return and refund policy and contact us if you still have questions.

The product arrived just fine but it's not what I ordered.

If the product is not what you ordered, you must make note of it and email support@emergencyproof.com or call customer service within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Emergency Proof will pay for return shipping for incorrect merchandise. Do you provide warranties for products?

We do not provide warranties on products in our store. There are a few products that include limited warranties provided by the supplier; if a product includes a warranty, details are provided in the product description. If you have questions about warranty coverage or other related questions, please contact us.

How do I get the price match on a product?

If you find another online store with a lower price than us, please let us know. Simply email us at support@emergencyproof.com with a link to the same product on a competitor's website.

Once we have a chance to verify the pricing, we will match or beat the price you found. No questions asked!
